• Installing McGruff SafeGuard under a different Windows login name

McGruff SafeGuard monitoring software must be installed logged into an account with Administrator privileges.  If you attempt to install McGruff SafeGuard when logged in under a Windows account without Administrator privileges, (such as your child's account), you may get a pop-up window similar to:

Do not install McGruff SafeGuard this way.  It will NOT work.

 You must logout and login with an account that has Administrator privileges.
