On some PCs, you need to update the version of a
Windows component (Microsoft Core XML services 6.0 SP1).
Visit the following Microsoft page:

Click on Download for msxml6_x86.msi.
After the download has completed, double click on it, or let the
installation of this component run, and then restart your PC.
