It can take up to 10 minutes for Internet activity to appear at the McGruff SafeGuard website.

If the PC is shut off prior to your child's Internet activity being uploaded to the McGruff SafeGuard website, they will be uploaded the next time the PC is turned on (and is connected to the Internet).  If the McGruff SafeGuard website is temporarily unavailable (for whatever reason), Internet activity will NOT be lost.  The McGruff SafeGuard monitoring software will keep trying to store your child's Internet activity at the McGruff SafeGuard website until it has successfully stored them there.
