• How do I set up AIM Pro to work with  McGruff SafeGuard?

  AIM Pro normally encrypts all conversations, so you must set AIM Pro to NOT encrypt conversations.

  Click File / Edit / Connection Settings, and you will see a screen similar to:

Remove the check next to Connect via secure connection, and click OK.
