| Check that ShawSecure has allowed McGruff SafeGuard monitoring software access,
follow these screens:
1. Start ShawSecure:
On the line Application Control, click: Change. You will see the Application Control screen.
You will need to add several McGruff SafeGuard programs if they did not previously appear on this list. Click Add and you will see:
Click Browse, and enter the path seen below in the field File name. Make sure there is a space after the word agent.
Click Open and you will see:
Click on lsass, and click Open, and you will see:
For Outbound (client) connections, click Allow. For Inbound (server) connections, click Allow. Then click OK.
Now you need to repeat these steps for another McGruff SafeGuard program. Back on the Application Control screen, click Add again.
Click Open and you will see:
Click on bin, and click Open, and you will see:
Click on services and click Open, and you will see:
For Outbound (client) connections, click Allow. For Inbound (server) connections, click Allow. Then click OK.
