From the Windows START button, click Run, then enter: 

C:\POPMENU

If it asks for your password, enter it.  A window will pop-up similar to:

 

Select CONFIGURE/ REMOVE.   Another window will pop-up similar to:

 

Click RECONFIGURE.  The reconfigure process takes about 2-5 minutes.

Click the Windows Start button, and directly into the blank field at the bottom on the menu.
